Overview
Billing help
If you have a billing issue, contact support with the email address on your account and a short explanation of what happened.
Cancellations
If your account includes a paid plan or subscription, use the product billing area when available or contact support for help.
Refund requests
Refund requests for prepaid credits are reviewed through support. Include the charge date, account email, and reason for the request. Stripe refund and dispute events may mark the related purchase as refunded or disputed; support reviews any already-spent credits manually rather than automatically creating a negative balance.
Unexpected charges
If you do not recognize a charge, contact support promptly so the issue can be reviewed with the payment provider if needed.
No invented guarantees
This overview does not create a separate guarantee, credit promise, or fixed refund window beyond the policy your account or purchase is subject to.
