How long data is kept
User-submitted text, PDF extracted text, generated audio, and TTS job content may be stored temporarily for durable processing and history, then deleted after the configured TTS/audio retention window, currently 7 days for terminal jobs. Current defaults keep expired auth tokens for up to 7 days, expired or revoked sessions for up to 30 days, stale rate-limit buckets for up to 72 hours, and non-open incident records for up to 180 days. Billing and credit ledger records may be retained without raw TTS text for accounting, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, refunds, disputes, reconciliation, and audit.
Providers
Service providers
Depending on which features are enabled, service providers may include hosting, database and object storage, email delivery, text-to-speech providers, Stripe for payments, and analytics or operational monitoring providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide, secure, bill, and support the service.
Your choices
Access, deletion, and support requests
Verified users can export a safe JSON copy of account data from the Account page and submit an account deletion request for support review. Account export/deletion flows are separate from automatic 7-day TTS/audio retention. Deletion requests do not instantly remove accounts, and some billing, credit ledger, payment, security, and audit records may need to be retained without raw TTS text even after a request is processed. Contact support for questions about account access, generated audio, uploaded content, billing records, or privacy requests.
